As corporate strategy and business models are being disrupted… How is leadership changing and how should leadership development adapt?

In the first section of the presentation, we have tried to capture what we see are key forces affecting Leadership today; these include Digital, Social, Human, Purpose and Voice. The second part of the document outlines “How should leadership development adapt” to address these forces. We reiterate why on-the-job matters most for executive and leader development and propose what we think is a more effective and integrated 70-20-10 solution to developing leaders. Finally, we underline the need for leaders to be agile in their learning and express our point of view on how companies can have more impact on performance via their leadership development approach.
