“Executives in Transitions” is a 6 to 12 month process which focuses on accelerating new senior executives (e.g. Country Managers, Business Unit Managers, Regional Function heads, etc.) in their development and on building the leadership foundations for the future success of the organisation’s operations.
Content is highly customized for each participant depending on the complexity of the transition, the expectations of the new role and the development gaps the leader has to bridge.
The solutions are designed to be sustainable and focus on identifying relevant development actions that should be implemented over a 6-12-month period. They require the engagement of the participant’s manager and include the support of an internal mentor.
