Leadership Coaching
What we Offer
The #1 challenge for business leaders is the increased rate of change & complexity for which there is no precedence. You can’t predict the future but you can help create it by accelerating the development of self-aware and self-esteemed individuals as an enabler of team performance.
For us coaching is the art of facilitating the performance, learning & development of another, using a set of perspectives & methods aimed at discovery, awareness and choice.
Our approach to coaching is underpinned by three core principles:
- A safe yet challenging environment enables personal growth;
- Supporting client awareness enables learning and new possibilities;
- Effective coaching requires some understanding of the system which the coachee inhabits;
In the venn intersection of those three processes, we believe change happens.
Further, we believe people grow the most in an environment characterized by positive human attention. This is an intentional leadership approach based upon trust-based intent, the recognition of individual strengths, and a clear sense of meaning. In our approach to coaching team leaders, we pay attention to these three dimensions too, as they are key factors of team engagement and team performance.
Coaching can be integrated within a team development intervention, creating group and individual reflective spaces for participants and allowing change to happen.
We are qualified in the use of numerous psychometric tools and feedback processes allowing our clients to fully leverage and continuously improve the leadership impact in their teams.
