We’d like to tell you briefly about our story as well as who we are.
Luca founded Accelerance in 2011 (in Singapore) following a view that “content-heavy” programmes didn’t equip leaders to exercise leadership. He felt that learner-centered solutions emphasizing experiential learning were more effective in developing leadership capability and set-up Accelerance to provide it.
Following COVID19, we have sharpened our proposition and decided to focus on supporting teams (traditional leadership teams, cross functional project teams, virtual, distributed or co-located) in achieving their goals and objectives. We believe that the most powerful lever or source of value creation that organisations have at their disposal is their teams.
As coaches, consultants and facilitators, we have experience working across a range of companies, industries and regions of the world. Through associations with reputable business schools and training providers, including INSEAD, Imperial College, WEF, St. Gallen and the University of Bristol, we ensure are interventions offer the most current thinking and best practices in high performing teams.
We complement this academic rigour with a human touch, bringing to each project a certain lightness of spirit, flexibility and creativity.
