Tim Coburn

From my home near the mountains of the Lake District in the north of England, I have had an international career in leadership development at world class companies including the BBC, Motorola, Kenya Airways, Syngenta and Rolls-Royce where I was their Global Head of Talent and Global Head of L&D.

My approach is creative, responsive and liberating, enabling leaders and their teams to imagine the world they want to create, and drive toward it with confidence.

My expertise in working with leadership teams was shaped by my exposure to OD at Teacher’s College, Columbia University and my practical use of experiential learning to engage leaders, address real issues and keep learning focused on performance. I have a special interest in learning agility, collective intelligence and critical thinking and use these 21st century leadership skills to help leaders and their teams succeed, together.

I have two wonderful daughters and I enjoy fell-running, mountaineering, skiing and writing poetry.
