Mike Maffucci
Mike is a Senior Executive Coach, Leadership Development Consultant & Talent Management Specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with Fortune 500 clients such as JP Morgan, Quilters, Cisco, Bank of America, Linde Group, Munich Re, Credit Suisse, Visa, and Deutsche Bank. In addition, Mike also works with leading international organization such as the World Economic Forum as well as with INSEAD, which the Financial Times rated as one of the top five Business Schools in the world.
In 2017, Mike led an Accelerance team, which received the Silver “Excellence in Practice Award” in Executive Development from EFMD for our work with Old Mutual Wealth. The programme, “Enabling Positive Futures,” was instrumental in accelerating the company’s strategic transformation.
As an executive coach, Mike is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and works with C-suite and mid-level executives in Europe, the Americas and Asia to improve their leadership effectiveness and management capability.
Mike’s last corporate role was at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, where he was the Global Head of Leadership Development and Talent Management. He was also responsible for managing the global Performance Management processes and Employee Surveys for all business units and regions.
In addition, Mike developed and implemented a global leadership model and associated talent management processes as well as the Bank’s global Leadership & Management Curriculum, which enabled over 4,500 leaders per year to attend a leadership program across 16 countries and in five languages. Finally, Mike personally designed and directed the Bank’s most senior leadership program, “The Spokesman’s Challenge,” which was personally sponsored by the Bank’s CEO, and was also recognized by EFMD for excellence.
Mike holds a BS in Physics from Franklin & Marshall College and currently serves on the boards of various charitable and educational organizations in the New York and Atlanta areas.
