Luca Turconi

Luca is a change management and leadership development consultant and coach with fourteen years’ experience in a client facing, consulting environment.

Through a style defined as caring, curious and empathetic, Luca helps clients articulate and structure their learning and enterprise needs and explore the most suitable solution to address them. Since 2015 he has contributed to the design of a series of bespoke leadership development programmes for organisations in the pharma, financial services, consumer goods and medical care sectors.

As a great believer that change occurs when people become what they are (not when I try to become what they are not), Luca’s coaching approach aims at increasing his clients’ awareness so they can make better-informed choices. His work as a coach includes supporting individuals in building capability such as confidence, delegation, results-orientation, navigating through transitions, etc.

Passionate about new thinking and new ways of approaching age-old problems, in 2011 Luca founded Accelerance with the purpose of advancing the quality of thinking and practice in leadership development.

Luca grew up in Kinshasa (DRC) and in Italy before pursuing his university studies in business and management in France and Great Britain. He holds a Master’s degree in Organisation Psychology (Birkbeck, University of London) as well as an ICF accredited advanced post-graduate certification in executive coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching.
